TagSpaces is an open source personal data manager that helps you organize files with tags on every platform. It is designed to be easily extended with different plugins for visualization of directory structures or for opening of different file types. You can use it to organize your photos, recipes or invoices, webpages, your e-book library or to create a personal "wiki" for tracking of your projects.
